1. Acceptance

By using the published website you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The production publisher must obtain local legal review before launch.

2. Editorial information

Articles are for cultural and educational information. They are not a substitute for professional historical, legal or rights-clearance advice. Sources can be incomplete, reattributed or updated; consult the linked institution for current object records.

3. Intellectual property

Site layout, original text and commissioned or generated editorial assets are protected to the extent allowed by law. Short quotation with attribution and a link is welcome where fair-dealing or fair-use rules permit. Third-party names, object images and linked materials remain subject to their owners’ terms.

4. Prohibited conduct

Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, remove rights notices, misrepresent archive content or use automated access in a way that harms availability. Ordinary search indexing is permitted under the published robots instructions.

5. External links

Links to museums, libraries and text repositories are supplied for research. We do not control their availability, accuracy, accessibility or privacy practices.

6. Availability and liability

The service may change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firebird Archive Studio LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted access or accept liability for decisions based solely on editorial summaries.

7. Governing framework

The intended jurisdiction is State of Delaware, United States, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply where a reader lives. Verify this clause before publication.
